1. Do some initial search about the organization, its needs and nature of appointing authority. Know about organization and prepare yourself accordingly. To get useful information in this regard, you should meet some employees of that firm and ask about the environment of the organization. This will help you to prepare yourself for interview and also make a list of questions to ask about organization at the end of interview.

2. Visit the interview place one day before interview to prevent any problem. Prepare all necessities that you need to carry with you for interview. Prepare copies of your documents and file them chronologically. Also add a copy of your resume in your file.

3. Dress up properly. Select professional looking dress and avoid wearing too sharp colors. Don’t be under/over accessorized. Wear wrist watch also.

4. Reach the interview place in time and wait for your turn calmly. Don’t misbehave with domestic staff.

5. Enter interview room in state of relaxed concentration and shake hand with employer in professional manners. Don’t make noise while pulling chair and put your document file before the employer. Sit on chair and wait for interviewer to start conversation.

6. Give proper introduction. Don’t interrupt the interviewer while he/she is asking questions. Let the interviewer speak first. Take a little pause and then answer very confidently and calmly.

7. Speak politely and clearly. Don’t show your confusion and keep relaxed impressions on your face.

8. Don’t hesitate to ask if you have some questions regarding company’s performance. Never use negative words for your previous employers.

9. Be prepared for any written or practical test. Don’t get confused if you are asked for a presentation or field test. Focus on situation and respond accordingly.

10. Let the interviewer offer first about salary then tell him your expectations and start negotiation. Leave the room by showing your willingness to serve the organization.
